Emergency
The Haskell Regional Hospital Emergency Department is a full-service emergency room providing emergency services 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The ED provides Level 4 trauma and stroke services and Level 3 cardiology services. HRH provides emergency healthcare for all types of injuries and illnesses, and for all ages.
The HRH ED has three rooms, one of which is a Trauma Room. All rooms are equipped with monitoring services.
Laboratory, radiology, and other invasive and non-invasive services are immediately available to the patient population needing them.
All physicians and physician assistants on staff at HRH ED have extensive experience in emergency medicine. Additionally, the ED is staffed with registered nurses that are certified in pediatric advanced life support and adult advanced life support. Licensed practical nurses and ED techs are certified in basic life support.

Laboratory
Haskell Regional Hospital Laboratory offers a variety of laboratory services. These services include, but are not limited to, Hematology, Urinalysis, Chemistries, Coagulation, and rapid testing. The HRH Lab is CLIA certified and offers outpatient, inpatient, and emergency room services.
Nutrition Services
The Dietary Department has dietitian-approved menus to satisfy and meet the standards of a variety of diets. Most items are made fresh daily by the dietary staff, whom take pride in achieving each patient’s exact dietary needs.
Physical Therapy
PT is a non-invasive discipline that helps individuals of all ages develop, maintain, and restore maximum body movement and physical function. Physical therapy provides a variety of benefits, including reduced pain, improved function/strength, and increased stability with improved balance to reduce falls, increased range of motion, proper alignment and more. Of course, the primary goal of PT is to restore function and return to normal daily activity. But, these things are often a by-product of the larger rehabilitation process, during which time, many patients learn a whole new way of moving with stability or reduced pain.
Speech Therapy
Speech therapy techniques are used to improve communication problems and speech disorders. The techniques used by a speech therapist vary from articulation therapy, language intervention activities, and others depending on the type of speech or language disorder. Speech therapy may be needed for speech disorders that develop in childhood or speech impairments in adults, resulting from an injury or illness, such as a stroke or brain injury.

Radiology
Haskell Regional Hospital offers an array of diagnostic imaging services for adults and children. Whether you need general x-rays, or a more specialized service, such as CT, bone density, ultrasound or MRI, you are in great hands in our Radiology Department. At HRH, we treat you like family, because we are family. We are local residents striving to provide the best service to help our community, neighbors, family and friends. We are proud to serve Haskell County.
X-rays are the oldest, most common, and widely available diagnostic imaging tool. X-rays are often the first tool a physician uses before any advanced imaging is performed. Additional imaging like CT, bone density, ultrasound, and MRI are some examples of those advanced imaging procedures. Diagnostic x-rays involve exposing a part of the body to a small dose of ionizing radiation to produce pictures of the inside of the body. Computed Tomography, more commonly known as a cat scan (or CT), is a series of x-ray images taken from different angles around the body. It uses computer software and processing to create cross-sectional images or slices of the bones, vessels, and soft tissue inside the body. Dexascan is an imaging tool used to determine if you have osteoporosis. Ultrasound is a modality that uses sound waves to produce pictures of the inside of the body. MRI is a non-invasive test that uses a powerful magnetic field, a radio and a processing console to produce detailed pictures of the body.
